The problem
Product experiences can become dry fast, especially in learning and productivity contexts. The challenge was to add warmth and character without making the experience feel childish or decorative.
How I solved it
I created a mascot direction with a flexible illustration system and animation potential, designed to support product moments with personality and consistency.
