The problem

Photo printing is a practical task with many small friction points: store selection, photo source, file upload, format choices, quantities and confirmation. The flow has to feel simple, especially for non-technical users.

How I solved it

I worked on the UX flow to make the service easier to understand and complete, reducing the experience to clear steps and practical choices.
